- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible company to work with. The level of incompetence was astounding. There was no honesty or integrity. They made the "used car salesman" stereotype look welcoming, while reenforcing some of the most negative stereotypes associated with individuals from the south. They definitely made me regret my decision to "shop local". What took them 3 months took new broker 7 business days. With better results in every category including costs. Even after everything they still refused to take responsibility and blamed everyone else, including people who weren't even involved. I've bought and sold many properties in my life, I can truly say this is the worst experience I've had with a purchase, with the highest level of incompetence I have seen in my professional life.By William Chambers, February 11, 2017
