  Great start, selection, and process. Almost didn't go here because of the 3 star rating. Went to the two with 4+ ratings and this is better than both. Huge selection, friendly, clean. Highly recommended.

  I purchased a 14kt gold bracelet for my fiancee here, before paying i I requested links to be taken out, the lady told me I could come in to pick it up on Tuesday (this was a Saturday). On my arrival to pick up the bracelet I noticed that the two links were not in the box, so I asked if I could have them since I did already purchase the bracelet in its entirety. I was told no, that I would have to pay a separate $40 for the links since I wasn't charged a repair fee for having the links taken out!! This was not my first time purchasing jewelry but surely the first time I've encountered a "policy" such as this.

  Very unprofessional, stood at the counter for about 7 minutes before anyone even offered help. then as I was leaving I bumped my arm on the counter and I mumbled something about the pain under my breathe and the lady behind the counter responded by saying, well dont come back, and I replied what? And she said, since u mumbling under your breathe. R u serious, customer service is a thing of the past
